The Delhi high court on Monday dismissed a plea that sought direction to suspend all construction activity of the Central Vista Avenue Redevelopment Project. The continuation of the project was challenged in view of Covid-19. The HC bench dismissed the plea saying the petition was "motivated" and "not a genuine PIL". The bench imposed a cost of Rs 1 lakh on the petitioners.
