As part of the global Thirty Meter Telescope (TMT) project, the Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA) on Tuesday inaugurated the optics fabrication facility at its Centre for Research and Education in Science and Technology (CREST) campus in Hoskote, 35km northeast of Bengaluru.
