The global community knows that the Indian government is run by incompetent managers who neither understand the gravity of the economic situation nor do they have any solution to solve it, former Union finance minister P Chidambaram said on Sunday citing a recent article in the Economist magazine which said the “economy is incompetently managed and doing badly.”
